As a multidimensional, multifaceted being, do you struggle with achieving wholeness in your life? How about the idea that you can evolve as a leader at work while also growing in other roles that might include mother, partner, friend, and student of life? Is it possible to strike a balance between professional and personal demands and fully embrace the human experience purposefully and unapologetically?
Light & Wonder’s Connie James (CFO) and Siobhan Lane (CEO of Gaming) believe it’s possible and have lived it. These two leaders will join us to discuss the importance of being explicit about what you want to accomplish — and setting boundaries to get there. Connie and Siobhan understand that the “wholeness concept” keeps women in the workplace longer, freeing them to give to work, family, friends, and community and ultimately live their best, most beautiful lives.
During this chat, you’ll learn:
- How staying true to yourself and your goals will bring you fulfillment
- The top soft skills women need to advance into leadership roles
- The importance of finding a great mentor
- Ways connectivity and cultivating relationships can drive results
- The role routine check-ins play in wellness
- How to be your #1 advocate
And so much more! We’ll talk about challenges that arise and how maintaining human connections and staying intellectually curious will keep you on track.
