Ever feel like your résumé barely scratches the surface of what you can actually do? This session digs into a bold rethink of how hiring works, led by Colette Hart, co-founder and CEO of Idonea and a human-centered AI systems architect with nearly 30 years of experience across UX, product design, and digital strategy. Colette will unpack how AI can be built to reveal real capability, not just keywords and credentials, while keeping people in control of their own information every step of the way. If you have ever wondered what fair, transparent hiring technology could actually look like, this is one you will not want to miss.

Attendees will walk away with:

  • A clearer understanding of why résumés and keyword matching often miss the full picture of a person's capability, and what a more evidence-based alternative can look like
  • Insight into how candidate-controlled privacy and identity release can reduce bias early in the hiring process
  • A better sense of what to look for when evaluating whether an AI hiring system is designed with consent, transparency, and human oversight in mind
