Meet The Speakers

Hillary Henderson
Hillary Henderson
Managing Director, Division ADP Executive, Mountain Pacific Division

Hillary Henderson is the Division ADP Executive for the for the Mountain Pacific Division. With over a decade of leadership experience at the firm, she is a passionate leader dedicated to developing advisors and delivering for our clients. In her current role, Hillary overseas advisor development across the 10 Merrill markets within the division and was previously the Consumer Investment FSA Executive for Central California and Northern Nevada. She began her career in finance at Smith Barney in La Jolla, California in 2005 as a Financial Advisor where she built a book of business and joined a successful team. She and her teammates joined our company in 2009 where she continued to work with high-net worth clients to develop asset strategies and investment models before moving into her first leadership role in 2013.

Jessica Socquet
Jessica Socquet
Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor

Jessica Socquet is a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor. She joined Bank of America Merrill in 2012 and held the role of FSA in the Orange Financial Center since 2014. Jessica was a Peer Mentor in her market where she aided in the training and development of newly hired Financial Solutions Advisors. She is also a former co-chair of Southern CT’s Employee Engagement Council Career Development Work Team.

Prior to joining Bank of America Jessica managed enterprise communication systems on the west coast. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Management and a Masters in Business Administration. Currently, Jessica lives in Milford, CT with her two children and enjoys volunteering, traveling, skiing and is training for the next triathlon.

Alicia Piz
Alicia Piz
Financial Advisor – Advisor Development Program

Alicia Piz is currently a Financial Advisor at Merrill Wealth management in the final stage of the Advisor Development Program (ADP). After starting in the older version of the Financial Advisor Development Program (FADP) in 2019, she was part of the first class to transition to the new role of a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA) in 2021. Her client acquisition performance excelled and, again, Alicia was among the first in the nation to advance to the next role in 2023. Upon graduating ADP, she will become a core advisor in her local Merrill branch.

Prior to joining Merrill, Alicia was a small business owner for nearly 10 years. Inspired by the 6 knee surgeries she endured from college soccer and the soccer arena her parents owned during her childhood, she opened the largest sports performance training facility in San Diego at the age of 23. She credits that entrepreneurial drive for motivating her to pursue a wealth management career, and she remains involved with her passion for sports by being an active member of groups in the professional soccer, Olympic, and college NIL communities.
