Meet The Speakers

Vinay Arora

Senior Director, Site Head Gurugram & Noida Operations

Vinay Arora heads Site Operations for Gurgaon & Noida and is responsible for strategic direction and functional management. As part of his present position, he closely collaborates with business leaders to focus on developing a talent pool and creating a strong succession plan that will enable business expansion through site-level leadership initiatives.

He is actively involved in enhancing the people experience by developing best-in-class infrastructure, implementing people centric policies, and a coaching culture across the site and measuring it through improvements in attrition and employee engagement surveys. Together with other leaders, he steers the DEI initiatives and the VIBE champion team in India.

Before moving into this role in 2020, Vinay was heading the Private Equity & Advisory Profiles data collection efforts globally, where he was working closely with Data

Management and Product/Commercial group to carve out data strategy to serve the needs of our clients. He has deep experience in setting up and transitioning business operations throughout his career in S&P. Vinay has also been instrumental in executing global data transformation projects working closing with key business stakeholders. He joined S&P Global in 2001 and was part of the pilot batch established to set up S&P (then Capital IQ) operations in India. Prior to this, Vinay has worked with GE Capital International Services (GECIS) for one year.

He holds a Post Graduate degree in Business Administration with specialization in Finance and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified.

Anjum Khan

Global Head of Product Technology, Valuations

Anjum Khan is the current Executive Director and Global Head of Product Technology for all Valuations product at S&P Market Intelligence. Her primary responsibility is to devise technology strategies those align with the business goals, transforming the products innovatively leveraging latest technologies like cloud and AI, and continuously improving and engineering the processes to bring operational excellence.

Additionally, she is Head of India providing visionary leadership to Data & Insights technology group in India and is also a member of the India Leadership Council, as an ambassador for Data & Insights. She works closely with leaders across various functions in Technology, Product, and Analytical roles.

Ms. Anjum joined S&P in May 2023. Prior to joining S&P, Anjum has helped various multinational software development organizations and product companies at senior management positions. Her expertise in software architecture and technology is appreciated for her customer focused and qualitative deliverables.

Anjum is a continuous learner and is Masters in Computer Applications (MCA), Post Graduate Diploma in Data Science & Business Analytics, Masters in Business Administration (MBA) -Finance, TOGAF Enterprise Architect and Azure Cloud certified professional.

Savitha Prasad Bhuvanendra

Head of Business Management

Ajay Maletira

Director, Data Transformation

Ajay leads the Data Transformation group, comprising a team of application developers and cloud experts. With a focus on integrating artificial intelligence and machine learning models into both existing and new data collection tools, Ajay's team is at the forefront of advancing data analytics for S&P Global's clients.

In addition to spearheading data innovation, Ajay is responsible for overseeing cloud support for the Data Transformation group. This includes managing application security and implementing cutting-edge cloud services.

A core technologist, Ajay is dedicated to solving business problems with modern tools and technologies. Since joining S&P Global right after his engineering degree, he has contributed to multiple business divisions, building numerous products that serve both internal and external customers.

Ajay is recognized for his strategic thinking, leadership skills, and ability to drive innovation in complex environments. His passion for technology and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in positioning S&P Global as a leader in data analytics.

Outside of work, Ajay enjoys driving and listening to music. He believes in continuous learning and often engages in activities that broaden his technical and managerial expertise.
