Darryl Peek II is the Senior Director of Public Sector Channels and Alliances (FED & SLED) at Elastic, where he leads a dynamic team focused on building strategic partnerships with Systems Integrators to deliver innovative enterprise search, observability, and security solutions across Federal, State, Local, and Education sectors. With over 15 years of executive leadership experience in both government and technology, Darryl has been a driving force behind digital transformation, customer-centric innovation, and impactful collaborations in the public sector.
Before joining Elastic, Darryl held leadership roles at Salesforce and Google, supporting public sector growth and technology adoption. His public service roots run deep, having served at the Department of Homeland Security as the Director for Digital Innovation in the HQ OCIO Chief Technology Office. There, he championed agile methodologies, DevOps practices, cloud technologies, and open-source solutions to modernize government IT infrastructure.
Beyond his technical expertise, Darryl is passionate about the power of authentic leadership.
