With a background spanning tech, advertising, HR, and learning & development at companies like Google, HubSpot, and PayPal, she brings deep industry insight to her work empowering diverse professionals and leaders. Cristina has coached over 800 job-seeking engineers and supported more than 10,000 professionals through keynotes, workshops, and trainings focused on career growth, leadership, diversity and inclusion, and workplace well-being. She is passionate about helping women of color and diverse talent build confidence, articulate their value, and take ownership of their professional journeys. She also leads the Tech Leadership Development program and CUNY2X Programs at Baruch College in NYC and supports hundreds of students in acquiring internships and jobs in technology, finance, healthcare and consulting industries.
