Her career is built on a strong technical foundation. Before joining Dassault Systèmes in 2023, Nina spent more than five years at EngRoTec Consulting, where she developed custom software solutions and led mechanical and technical integration initiatives. She began her career through working student positions at the Eberspächer Group, gaining valuable hands-on experience in engineering and manufacturing. Today, she helps enterprises design and implement complex solution architectures while also leading and mentoring a technical team.

Nina holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from BTU Cottbus, with a specialization in Production Technology and Virtual Production. As both an engineering leader and the mother of three children, she brings a practical perspective on balancing technical excellence, leadership, and everyday life.
