Belgin Kocaman

Industry Process Consultant (Mediterranean Europe)

Belgin is an Industry Process Consultant specializing in industrial operations simulation, Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), and digital manufacturing solutions. She excels at helping organizations analyze and simulate production environments, developing advanced digital frameworks that enhance operational efficiency and empower data-driven decision-making on the shop floor.

As an Industry Process Consultant at Dassault Systèmes, Belgin supports enterprise customers across the Southern Mediterranean European region in their digital transformation initiatives. Leveraging the DELMIA portfolio, she builds highly accurate virtual representations of manufacturing operations—including DELMIA Apriso and immersive augmented reality solutions—enabling organizations to evaluate production scenarios, optimize factory performance, and seamlessly guide operators before physical implementation.

Belgin is a frequent speaker at customer workshops, technical demonstrations and industry events, where she shares practical insights into emerging smart factory technologies and simulation-driven strategy. She believes that successful manufacturing transformation is built on accurate process understanding, collaboration, and the effective use of virtual technologies to support continuous improvement.

Nina Loske

Nina is a technical leader passionate about industrial digital transformation, virtual production, and advanced systems architecture. With more than a decade of experience in mechanical engineering and production technology, she specializes in bridging the gap between complex engineering challenges and scalable software solutions that drive industrial innovation.

Her career is built on a strong technical foundation. Before joining Dassault Systèmes in 2023, Nina spent more than five years at EngRoTec Consulting, where she developed custom software solutions and led mechanical and technical integration initiatives. She began her career through working student positions at the Eberspächer Group, gaining valuable hands-on experience in engineering and manufacturing. Today, she helps enterprises design and implement complex solution architectures while also leading and mentoring a technical team.

Nina holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from BTU Cottbus, with a specialization in Production Technology and Virtual Production. As both an engineering leader and the mother of three children, she brings a practical perspective on balancing technical excellence, leadership, and everyday life.

Madina Makhmudova

Madina Makhmudova

Industry Process Consultant (Northern Europe)

Madina is an Industry Process Consultant with a strong technical foundation in advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and data-driven decision-making. She specializes in extracting actionable insights from complex datasets and designing interactive digital frameworks, helping enterprise customers optimize business processes and accelerate digital transformation.

Her professional and academic trajectory is deeply rooted in advanced analytics and data engineering. Before joining Dassault Systèmes in 2024, Madina honed her skills at ASML, where she designed a robust ROI calculation methodology for a global development program, managing and analyzing massive datasets to evaluate program impact.

Since joining Dassault Systèmes as an Industry Process Consultant in the Netherlands, Madina has translated her data science expertise into scalable client solutions, acting as a trusted technical advisor who bridges sophisticated platform data analytics with real-world industrial innovation.

Madina holds a Master's degree in Data Science from Tilburg University, with expertise in predictive modeling, neural networks, and statistics. Outside of work, she is a skilled multilingual communicator, an avid cook, and a proud mom of two.
