Meet The Speakers

Kris Caverly

Vice President and Head of Individual Investors Technology Delivery

Kris Caverly is the Vice President and Head of Individual Investors and Intermediary Technology Solutions Delivery at T. Rowe Price and has over 30 years of experience. During her 21-year tenure, she has also served as the Digital Strategy Manager guiding research efforts, building the critical infrastructure to support initiatives and leading the execution of technical capabilities for the firm. Today, Kris is involved in the Diversity & Inclusion Technology Committee and is a Women’s Leadership Diversity champion. She also serves as Board Chair for the Regional Advisory Board for Reading Partners of Baltimore and is the Executive Board Treasurer for the Polytechnic Institute in Baltimore Parent Faculty Association. Kris earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and an MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. In addition, she has earned her Series 99 Registration.

Phillippa Thomson

Principal Data Scientist

Phillippa Thomson is a Principal Data Scientist at T. Rowe Price who has over 10 years of experience. Before joining the firm in 2018, Phillippa taught Data Science at General Assembly, and was Vice President Securities Division at Goldman Sachs, where she structured and modeled equity derivatives. Today, she leads the Investments Data Science team where she focuses on generating data-driven insights to aid investment decisions. Phillippa earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University, and an MA in Quantitative Methods from Columbia.

Jenna Molyneux

Principal Infrastructure Governance

Jenna Molyneux is a Principal Infrastructure Governance at T. Rowe Price who has over 18 years of experience. She began her tenure with the firm in 2002 as a contractor on the Help Desk assisting with calls during tax season. As an associate, she held various Production Support roles. One notable project was implementing audit control deliverables during the early development of the firm’s SOC1 reporting process. Today, Jenna manages, governs, and consults on policies, procedures, service-level agreements, operating principles, and standards related to technology controls, regulatory requirements, and organizational mandates. Jenna earned a BS in Computer Science from Towson State University.

Katie Gleaves

Software Engineering Sr. Manager

Katie Gleaves is a Software Engineering Sr. Manager at T. Rowe Price who has over 20 years of experience. Before joining the firm in 2014, Katie held various roles in software engineering, software development, project implementation analysis and project management. In her current role, she is the Delivery Manager for the Common Login Security Platform which manages the user login and security experience for the external investor systems. Katie earned a BA in Music from Bucknell University and an MS/MBA in Technology Management from the University of Maryland. In addition, she is a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt and PMP.
