She has 16 years of diverse experience in application development, platform engineering and cyber security with 10 years focusing on database security, IAM engineering & automation, compliance ops and transforming CyberOps for an agile delivery. Anuprita is a recognized young leader with an ability to drive transformational initiatives across enterprises involving digital, future capability building through outcome driven learning, innovation, diversity & inclusion and building talent pipeline.

Shuchi Dikshit is the Vice President of Technology for the Finance Data Engineering team at American Express. She has progressive experience in enterprise technical solution delivery, product development, delivery transformation, software engineering, business consulting and talent management. Shuchi has held multiple technology leadership roles in multi-national organizations (Financial Services, Product Development & IT Services).

Richa Pathak is the Director of People Strategy at American Express. She holds an MBA in HR & Marketing and has over 14 years of experience in the Human Resource function. Richa has managed various aspects of HR in diverse and cross cultural environments across ITES, BFSI and Recruitment. She also has exposure to building processes and driving strategic change initiatives from scratch to successful implementations. Richa is an effective leader instrumental in building and driving high performing teams.

Subhashini Subramaniam is an Engineering Director at American Express. As an Entrepreneur and Senior Leader, she has experience building large mobile and web based products from scratch, taking them to market and ensuring high levels of customer engagement and retention, hiring and grooming teams both in the startup environment as well as in a large corporate environment, and executing end-to-end product development for local and international markets.

Prajeesh Thirunala is the Vice President of Technology for the Global Payment Network team at American Express. His team of 200+ engineers is rebuilding American Express' Payment Network using open systems and distributed computing. Prajeesh has 22+ years of experience in end-to-end technology product development and 14+ years of hands-on technical leadership experience with expertise in cloud computing and highly scalable distributed systems

Ruchika Panesar is Vice President, CTO Group and Head of Technology at American Express India and JAPA. Ruchika is also a Director on the American Express India Pvt Ltd and American Express Banking Corporation company Board, is a member of the India Leadership Team, and leads the Technology regional Centers across India and JAPA.

As part of her global role, Ruchika leads an engineering team across 5 locations responsible for Enterprise Communications and Conversational Intelligence.

As the leader of the Amex India’s Flagship Inclusion & Diversity program, she champions the vision. She has been instrumental in expanding the program beyond Gender and include critically important pillars like Generations, LGBTQ and Differently Abled & Mental Health, thereby bringing in a true and holistic culture of Inclusion & Diversity. She is passionate about STEM education and is an active voice for ‘Women In Technology’ networks both inside and outside of American Express.

Ruchika also chairs the CSR Committee of the Board and has been at the forefront of American Express’s relief initiatives during the current pandemic.
