Senior Manager of Global DEI Strategy
Sienna Brown is the Senior Manager of Global DEI Strategy where she focuses on long-term impact and innovation. Her mission is to help build inclusive companies and communities so that underrepresented talent can thrive. She is also the founder of Master Your Move Abroad where she teaches women of color how to find the clarity, career and community they need to build a life they love abroad. Over the past 6 years, her focus has been working with companies and employees to create more diverse and inclusive workplaces that have a positive impact on their personal and professional lives.When she’s not working, she’s at home on the Mediterranean coast watering her plants, cooking a good meal or freediving.
