Meet The Speakers

Cheryl Pipia
Cheryl Pipia
Head of Integrated Sales, US Intermediaries

Cheryl Pipia is the head of Integrated Sales for U.S. Intermediaries in Global Distribution. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., T. Rowe Price Investment Services, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Cheryl’s industry experience began in 1996, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2016, beginning in USI, Client Engagement before being promoted to USI, Head of Integrated Sales in 2018. Prior to this, Cheryl was employed by BNY Mellon as the managing director and co-head of Global Client Engagement and Business Development. Before that, Cheryl was employed by Oppenheimer Funds, leading Client Service and Client Onboarding across all distribution channels.

Cheryl earned a B.A. in art history from Lynchburg University. She is a Series 7 and 24 registered representative. Cheryl is the president and founder of Mission and Movement, a global platform and organization dedicated to inspiring thoughtful living, purposeful leadership, and long-lasting community impact.

Lori Silverthorne

Regional Sales Manager

Lori joined the T. Rowe Price team in 2020 as a Sales Director within the Integrated Sales organization. She is a sales professional with over 20 years of experience serving financial advisors. During her career, Lori has built expertise in sales, business development, relationship management, prospecting, and leadership. Not only is she passionate about serving others and helping them grow to achieve their goals; she is also passionate about cultivating a strong network to create continuous learning opportunities for herself and others.

Lori has a B.A. degree in Communication Studies from Lynchburg University. She also holds FINRA licenses 7,63,65, & 24.

On a personal note, Lori and her husband, Eric, are parents of two amazing & energetic boys. When she's not playing basketball or working on karate discipline, you will likely find her running, reading, cooking, or enjoying a glass of red wine.

Patrick Kelly
Patrick Kelly
Senior Manager

Patrick Kelly is a Vice President of T. Rowe Price Investment Services, Inc. and Senior Manager in U.S. Intermediaries (USI) Integrated Sales at T. Rowe Price. Patrick manages a group of Intermediate Sales Associates which provides support to the internal and field salesforce across distribution segments while working with internal business partners to ensure efficiency and ease of doing business for our intermediary clients. Patrick has served in a number of different roles, including working with small business retirement plan sponsors and college savings plan participants, serving as Branch Manager of two former Investor Center locations, and serving as the internal sales consultant for the Mid-America territory in the USI Broker-Dealer Group. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price in 2004, Patrick earned a B.S. in marketing and organizational studies from Boston College.
