Recently I had applied for Google (India) internship with a referal, My resume had projects (good ones not just youtube tutorials), 4 Internship Experiences. 400+ Questions on GFG & Leetcode, and 1560+ rating on leetcode contest. Still my resume got rejected and I didnt even get a Test link. However someone I know applied for Google (not India) and their resume had nothing but 1 language school and college details and some simple projects, Still their resume got selected and they've got the test link. What could be the reason for this? What am I doing wrong?
