I'm transitioning from co-founding early-stage startups to employee-based roles in bigger companies, and from being COO and business operations to data analyst or business operations with a focus on working more with data to make more effective business decisions. Should I mention this transition in my resume? Should I tell this information to recruiters on the first phone call?
