I've been in the Games Industry as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Associate Game Designer for almost 10 years but only at one studio. I can't seem to make the jump away from this studio and so have taught myself a decent chunk of coding in an attempt to move into engineering hoping that will help. I'm seemingly well liked and respected on my teams but I can't seem to advance outside of this studio. Do you have any advice for getting out of that low level/entry level roles? I easily have the skills but I struggle to sell them on resumes and interviews.
