I am 54 and I have been consulting (IT Finance and IT PM) in the past 11 years. I would like to return to the corporate world, but I don't know how to start. I have managed projects, programs, budgets, vendor relationships, another contractor, but never been a manager officially. Should I even try to apply for managerial position?
