What are your recommendations for someone who has some tech experience on the support side and some experience as a Project Manager to land a job as a software engineer? I have no experience or certifications but want to get into the field. Do I need to go back to school? I already have a masters degree in Health care administration concentrated in Healthcare Informatics.
