My question has 3 parts: 1. I'm very interested in locating data by Industry as a benchmark for folks to aim for re: ERG participation. 2. Further, for existing ERG's what do you propose is the right frequency to formalize changes in the operation/leader/chair position? 3. Based on your answer, would you feel comfortable sharing some of your experience leading up to that rotation/change?
