I am living outside my home country with language difference & I got a chance to work in a company, unfortunately I had a very rude & problem creator manager & I found out that I was her target & the behavior towards me was completely different than others & I raised a concern about it to HR but still nothing special happened & I am out of that office now. All this happend within my first 90 days. So please give some tips & solution for not getting trapped in this sort of situation again & if this happens what should anyone do?
