I'm an entrepreneur with several companies in CPG that I am trying to find ways to both decarbonize and work through larger problems - how do you suggest finding talent and also utilizing some of this economic structure without being totally wrapped up in the existing workload? It doesn't seem there are a lot of resources out there for companies our size (about 40 people).
