Advice on the best way to ask a company for solid feedback on why they DIDN’T hire me? When I decided to take the time off, I didn’t think a 1.5 year break was a big deal, yet I’ve been surprised by the number of rejections I’ve received since attempting to get a job again. I have no way of knowing if it’s something I could be doing better, or if it really just is because of my time away. It’s really taking a toll on my mental health :(
