I"m in Talent Acquisition with some HR responsibilities. What certifications or classes would you recommend if I want to make a career pivot into Diversity & Inclusion? Do I need to get some certs in corporate communications or a Diversity & Inclusion cert ( ie. Georgetown or Cornell)?
