I have very diverse experience and have worked around the world, and I often find this used against me. Interviewers question my stability, dedication, and real skill level. I know there is incredible value in having worked in some many cultures and industries, but how do I get that across to recruiters? How do I make my experience be the asset it is instead of a hinderance? Thank you!
