I have to write an overdue letter to the Board of my (small) Temple (synagogue), regarding abusive treatment of me over the years, by prominent members, including the current Musical Director (sees me as competition), who's also bullied me over the years, and even a current Board Member, who's also a Past President. These people are held in high esteem there, where people look the other way, preferring to believe the illusion, rather than to acknowledge it, necessitating change..I finally found my voice, after all these years, as I regain my health and self-esteem, so never spoke up before. I'm a great writer and communicator (have given workshops), but do you have any particular recommendations as to the approach or things to include? Thank you!
