What is their (FB, Google, etc) criteria in hiring? I went through two the last interview twice for a UX summer internship, and get rejected with no feedback or clear reasons. It takes so much time and effort to prepare for those interviews, so knowing what they're looking for or why they reject would be extremely helpful!
