Given that you are an, "internationally recognized expert on gender wage gap and salary negotiations for women", I want to ask you: 1.) How did you determine that this was your CALLING? 2.) In what economic sector/part of the U.S./part of the world did you receive the most resistance to your message? How did you negotiate that RESISTANCE into AGREEMENT? 3.) What's your message to companies that think they're "culturally progressive" but they STILL forbid employees to discuss their salaries with one another?
