How do you instill a love of learning in adults for whom "corporate training" and "continuous learning" is embraced? In learning settings, we often have some 'prisoners' and some 'vacationers.' For humans to thrive at work we need to be unlearning, re-learning and on a course for continuous improvement. i'd love some insight
