How do you get over the fact that you're trying to break into an industry where having a 4-year degree seems to be largely preferred, and you don't even have your associates. I have projects that I'm proud of to show employers, I was one of the best technical people at my Bootcamp, but can't help but feel like not having a degree is a massive barrier to overcome.
