I am starting a new career in technology. My concern is that since I am coming into the field with limited experience, employers may not consider me to be a viable candidate. I have the soft skills that I believe most employers are seeking. However, I am just beginning my journey into obtaining the hard skills. Presently, I am enrolled in ITIL Foundations, ServiceNow Fundamentals, ServiceNow System Implementation and Data Analytics and will be certified in those courses soon. How can I stand out while I pursuing the hard skills I outlined?
