I like to leader projects that help to improve internal communications and link people to grow their potential is something that I'm pasionate it.Link people with knowledge or opportunities, when I started my career I studied communications thinking in decreasing the barriers that I had faced like language or organizational hierarchical systems.But when I had to search for a Job these kind of projects or charges required a high expertise I'm latinamerican and in some point I lost my way by starting to adjust me at the job offer in call center or support in backoffice by the economic pressure, and the desire to start to work also because in my country access to higher education is limited in economic terms. I want to know where you could start againg when the job that I want require a high expertise and that at the same time being economically sustainable?
