I'm fairly late in my career, and a passion for what I'm doing matters more to me than a particular position or title. I want to be helpful to others and have a supportive/supported team and manager. That's pretty much my criteria. How do I frame this in a positive light? People seem to take it as I don't have passion for whatever particular job I'm being interviewed for.
