How do we take the data that we know shows the value that diversity adds and leverage it to tell the story of why inclusion is not just a nice too but a need to - leveraging Data Storytelling as a means to impact our bottom line. How do we develop BIOPC to feel confident enough to share their voices and turn their pain into passion and into profits? How can Allies and Sponsors help with this? How do we facilitate transformative action and skill development in our ability to be inclusive and adaptive to VUCA change? What does it take to learn to value our differences versus just attend training as a check in the box. Essentially “How Do We Do Diversity”?
