SoftwareOne is looking for a motivated Cloud Project Manager to join our xDC India team. This position plays a crucial role in overseeing professional services engagements concerning Cloud Services like AWS, Azure, and Digital Workplace (M365). As a Cloud Project Manager, you will play a key role in achieving our projects' objectives by guaranteeing they achieve scope, schedule, achievements, budget, and quality expectations through detailed planning, control, and implementation following SoftwareOne's Project Delivery Framework and established processes.

• Lead end-to-end project delivery by coordinating the Sales-to-Delivery handover and guiding project teams toward successful outcomes.
• Plan, manage, and control projects to ensure alignment with scope, timelines, cost, and quality objectives.
• Drive project governance and execution by developing deliverables, managing financials, and maintaining healthy profit margins.
• Monitor project performance through regular team meetings, proactively tracking risks, resolving issues, and ensuring overall project health.
• Maintain strong client communication by managing delivery relationships, resolving conflicts, and providing regular Project Status Reports.
• Lead and mentor teams by supporting junior members’ development while managing multiple parallel projects with a target of over 75% chargeability.
• Ensure operational excellence by promoting knowledge sharing, leveraging cross-project insights, and proactively managing Change Requests and project variances.
• Drive compliance and organizational alignment by supporting SwoDP project administration, enforcing time/effort tracking and forecasting, and achieving bi-annual performance and development goals.
