Primary Responsibilities:

• Coding, debugging and supporting efficient and effective applications and tools in Portal development
• Development of Portal application using Java/J2EE, SPRING, STRUTS, HIBERNATE, JQUERY, REST web services
• Creating solutions to satisfy our business needs
• Completes efficient coding on complex applications
• Completes unit testing successfully; assists others with debugging and program logic
• Conduct root cause analysis on all incidents and recommend a corrective action plan
• Ensuring timely update to stakeholders
• Achieves harmonious working relationships with business partners
• Will be responsible for new development
• Willing to learn new technology
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech./MCA/Graduation (Minimum 15 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
• Overall experience around 4+ years
• 3+ years of Java/J2EE project experience
• 1+ years of development experience on UI side
• 1+ years of development experience in REST web services, SPRING, STRUTS, HIBERNATE, JQUERY
• Hand on experience on web development (portal)
• Good knowledge of Struts/Spring/Hibernate
• Exposure to version control (e.g.; SVN, GIT) and debugging tools
• Proven excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Proven excellent written and verbal communications skills
