Key Responsibilities
- Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) :
- Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards.
- Report any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard.

- Use appropriate personal protective equipment.

- Engage in HSE training.
- Quality :
- Follow all applicable standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), poka-yoke, and visual standards.
- Raise issues to minimize cost and quality exposures.
- Perform quality inspections.
- Identify and control non-conforming material.
- Delivery :
- Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products to meet customer expectations.
- Demonstrate a high level of competency in core work skills.
- Achieve production goals.
- Work at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks.
- Perform planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
- Remain flexible and perform other miscellaneous duties as required to meet production goals.
- Work with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair.
- Teamwork :
- Communicate effectively with the assigned team and all support teams.
- Complete training and personal development in line with business requirements.
- Participate actively in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualifications
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 to 4.5 years of experience required.
- Ability to operate machines to deliver qualitative output as per cycle time.
- Willingness to work across all three shifts as required.
- Maintain 5S standards and cleanliness of machines and surrounding areas.
- Participate in continual improvement initiatives such as FIFI, Q-Pro, and Kaizen.
- Ensure bottleneck machines run without interruption.
- Enhance skill levels on machines and engage in preventive and process maintenance.
- Improve Right First Time (RFT) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by addressing losses and rejections.
- Adhere to break and shift start-end timings.
- Plan leaves in coordination with the Manager to avoid equipment idle time.
- Support other lines/functions as required by business needs.
- Follow tasks assigned by the Team Leader/Manager.
- Basic knowledge about welding operations.
- Basic knowledge about Cobot & Robot teaching.
- Basic knowledge about Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
