We are looking for a talented INTERCOMPANY ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ANALYST – TEMPORARY (12 MONTHS) to join our team specializing in FINANCE for our company CUMMINS in San Luis Potosí, SLP, México .
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Recording of invoices in accounts payable;
- Payment record;
- Record receipts;
- Reconciliation between bank statements and payment and receipt information;
- Accounting reconciliation;
- Accounting policies;
- Invoice corrections with Accounts Payable error;
- Preparation of financial reports and statistical reports;
- Preparation of analysis and reports for the accounts payable team.
- Recommend changes in methods and processes based on prepared analyses.
- Solving moderately complex accounts payable issues and issues.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with other Finance work teams and disciplines.
- Execution of special projects assigned.
- Record invoices, payments and receipts in accounts payable.
- Reconciliation between bank statements and payment and receipt information.
- Accounting reconciliation and accounting policies.
- Correction of invoices with errors in accounts payable.
- Preparation of financial reports.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Knowledge of financial activities
- Record accounting policies
- Accounting
- Accounts Receivable or Payable Knowledge (Desirable)
- Financial knowledge in intercompany transactions (Desirable)
- Advanced conversational and written English
Qualifications
Main Areas of Interaction: Finance and interaction with business units in Mexico and other countries with global operations.
Additional Requirements: This position is temporary for 12 months.
