We are looking for a talented INTERCOMPANY ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ANALYST – TEMPORARY (12 MONTHS) to join our team specializing in FINANCE for our company CUMMINS in San Luis Potosí, SLP, México .

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Recording of invoices in accounts payable;
• Payment record;
• Record receipts;
• Reconciliation between bank statements and payment and receipt information;
• Accounting reconciliation;
• Accounting policies;
• Invoice corrections with Accounts Payable error;
• Preparation of financial reports and statistical reports;
• Preparation of analysis and reports for the accounts payable team.
• Recommend changes in methods and processes based on prepared analyses.
• Solving moderately complex accounts payable issues and issues.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with other Finance work teams and disciplines.
• Execution of special projects assigned.
• Record invoices, payments and receipts in accounts payable.
• Reconciliation between bank statements and payment and receipt information.
• Accounting reconciliation and accounting policies.
• Correction of invoices with errors in accounts payable.
• Preparation of financial reports.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Knowledge of financial activities
• Record accounting policies
• Accounting
• Accounts Receivable or Payable Knowledge (Desirable)
• Financial knowledge in intercompany transactions (Desirable)
• Advanced conversational and written English

Qualifications

Main Areas of Interaction: Finance and interaction with business units in Mexico and other countries with global operations.

Additional Requirements: This position is temporary for 12 months.
