How a day to day would look like in this role:
- Notification of alerts and incidents to administrators
- Attention to incidents and requirements of low level or complexity in the different platforms.
- Review of the status of the backups of the platforms to be managed.
- Report backup failures to platform administrators.
- Identify alerts and incidents that may be related to each other.
- Generate Customer Alert Notifications.
- knowledge transfer.
