Support Analyst (On Site)

Scope: Full-time | Office: Urabá | On Site

 

How a day to day would look like in this role:  

 

  • Notification of alerts and incidents to administrators
  • Attention to incidents and requirements of low level or complexity in the different platforms.
  • Review of the status of the backups of the platforms to be managed.
  • Report backup failures to platform administrators.
  • Identify alerts and incidents that may be related to each other.
  • Generate Customer Alert Notifications.
  • knowledge transfer.
