How a day to day would look like in this role:
Establish Strong Relationships with Customers: Focus on building deep, lasting connections with clients by understanding their business objectives and challenges, thereby positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
Be the Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the crucial link between your clients and the company, ensuring all commitments are fulfilled and client expectations are surpassed, thus cementing trust and reliability.
Expand the Client Portfolio: Use market insights and planning to attract new clients and find growth opportunities within the current portfolio. Collaborate with other departments to tailor attractive offers.
Enhance the Value of Existing Accounts: Continuously assess and find opportunities for improving the value of current client relationships through upselling, cross-selling, and introducing tailored financial solutions that meet evolving client needs.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured approach to handling the sales pipeline, supervise the progress of leads and opportunities, and use CRM tools and sales analytics to assess pipeline health and optimize conversion rates.
