Job Description
This is a new created position in order to support our growth in immunology, and this role will report into our Business Unit Manager.
- Develop marketing objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotions with multichannel engagement for achieving product objectives.
- Manage and develop product life cycle plans and market development strategies.
- Lead brand/in-field teams and collaborate cross-functionally to meet brand objectives.
- Create annual sales volume, profit forecasts, pricing, and expense budgets.
- Forecast product requirements, identify potential supply issues, and devise contingency plans.
- Analyze market trends and sales potential; issue monthly forecasts with action plans.
- Maintain contact with key customers regarding promotion efforts and client needs.
- Ensure business activities comply with relevant acts, legal demands, and ethical standards; review product complaints and suggestions.
- Achieve annual goals for sales, margin, and market share.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- More than 3 years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical companies.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Strong business awareness, analytics, strategic thinking, and business planning skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results.
- Strong communication skills.
