Job Description

This is a new created position in order to support our growth in immunology, and this role will report into our Business Unit Manager. 

  • Develop marketing objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotions with multichannel engagement for achieving product objectives.
  • Manage and develop product life cycle plans and market development strategies.
  • Lead brand/in-field teams and collaborate cross-functionally to meet brand objectives.
  • Create annual sales volume, profit forecasts, pricing, and expense budgets.
  • Forecast product requirements, identify potential supply issues, and devise contingency plans.
  • Analyze market trends and sales potential; issue monthly forecasts with action plans.
  • Maintain contact with key customers regarding promotion efforts and client needs.
  • Ensure business activities comply with relevant acts, legal demands, and ethical standards; review product complaints and suggestions.
  • Achieve annual goals for sales, margin, and market share.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • More than 3 years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical companies.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong business awareness, analytics, strategic thinking, and business planning skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results.
  • Strong communication skills.
