Collaborate across Civil 3D, InfraWorks, Forma, AutoCAD, Revit, and related platform teams to ensure alignment with cross-team initiatives and shared infrastructure.
Represent customer and industry needs in discussions with senior leaders, engineering managers, and partner teams, advocating for the most impactful solutions.
Own the team backlog and delivery process but also provide guidance and support to adjacent teams where workflows overlap.
Engage directly with customers, including transportation agencies and consulting firms, to validate designs, run workflow reviews, and shape future improvements.
Track key usage, telemetry, and performance metrics to identify issues, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in software, ideally in a civil engineering or infrastructure-focused domain.
Strong domain knowledge in transportation, road/highway design, or land development workflows.
Proven ability to translate complex, ambiguous workflows into clear, prioritized product direction.
Demonstrated experience influencing engineering teams, UX, and cross-functional partners.
Ability to evaluate technical approaches and collaborate effectively with architects and senior engineers.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills..
Experience balancing business, customer, and technical constraints across multi-team initiatives.
Strong problem-solving ability with a track record of recommending best-practice solutions based on real-world insight.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
Ability to travel for customer visits, global team collaboration, and industry events.
