Skills and Competencies
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of Capital Markets and its application to the role.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills essential for effective collaboration.
- Proven ability to work efficiently within a large, dynamic team, demonstrating adaptability and multitasking capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and take initiative proactively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) with experience in CRM platforms like Salesforce considered a plus.
Education
- Minimum of Undergraduate / First Level degree (or equivalent) preferably in business administration, finance and or international relations.
Responsibilities
Individual contributor responsible for providing mainly office-based sales support for the Relationship Management and Business Development Teams. The associate will work to support team members to manage relationships while growing mandates and revenue in their assigned territory(ies), region(s) and/or line of business. Individuals must exercise independent judgment to support customer relationships under little direct supervision.
- Independently handle customer queries, ensuring exceptional customer-centric service.
- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of customer data in Salesforce and other internal databases, including details on pricing and fees.
- Draft side letters, support opportunities and rating applications, assist with Pricing and Method exceptions, and provide support for specific product request approvals.
- Assist senior team members with transaction oversight, relationship needs, and tasks such as gathering data for RFPs, monitoring market developments, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide administrative support for projects, regulatory tasks, marketing campaigns, and other initiatives as directed.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, billing, compliance) to address customer and management needs, including resolving invoice issues and preparing for customer meetings.
- Generate documentation such as fee brochures and pricing letters to support pricing approvals and the annual fee negotiation process.

Our Sales Support team plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across North America (NAM) and Latin America (LATAM). We partner closely with the Relationship Management teams in the Commercial department to ensure seamless processes, accurate reporting, and timely support for client-facing initiatives. The team thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, delivering high-quality service that empowers our sales organization to focus on strategic growth and client relationships.
