About the team
This senior leadership role sets the engineering vision and drives the end-to-end modernization and cloud transformation agenda for Moody's Casualty and Financial Lines. Overseeing multiple full-stack squads, the Director ensures architectural rigor, platform resilience, security-by-design, and operational excellence across mission-critical systems. The role aligns technology outcomes to business strategy, regulatory expectations, and risk appetite while stewarding portfolio prioritization, budget trade-offs, and build-versus-buy decisions to maximize value and velocity.
