Job Description

Support the BPO Head in driving business planning, performance management, and operational excellence across WCA. Partner with business development and functional teams to shape robust country and functional plans, monitor progress, and enable informed decision making. Lead reporting, analysis, and key initiatives within the annual planning cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze business performance and progress toward targets; prepare dashboards and reports to support decision making.
  • Review monthly financials, investigate variances, and highlight risks/opportunities.
  • Produce quarterly market sales performance reports and conduct ad hoc deep dives across markets, clients, products, and revenue.
  • Compile weekly executive dashboards and monthly MBR packs.
  • Develop and enhance reporting tools, MIS solutions, and financial templates for the region.
  • Track market dynamics, competitive insights, and Visa’s market position to inform strategic actions.
  • Support scorecard analysis, target setting, and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Serve as Truth super user and main contact for system enablement.

Business Planning & Operational Support:

  • Support the annual operating plan process and coordinate key regional initiatives.
  • Collect and synthesize data from functional teams and country units.
  • Provide insights on product enablement and recommend prioritization or resource shifts.

Playbook (CRM) Implementation:

  • Act as regional Playbook Champion; drive adoption and best practices.
  • Ensure high quality account planning, pipeline accuracy, and delivery of the Visa 360 customer engagement promise.
  • Partner with country teams to facilitate account reviews.

Teamwork & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with BPO Head, GCM, WCA Leadership, and CEMEA BPO teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Build strong cross functional relationships and promote high-quality communication and collaboration.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, survey analysis, and action planning.
  • Coordinate with Operations Controls where needed to maintain a strong control environment.

Decision-Making & Complexity:

  • Operate independently on standard tasks and seek guidance on complex matters.
  • Provide analytical leadership and recommend best practices based on business insights.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
