Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
  • Design, coordinate, and synchronize comprehensive IO plans that integrate IRCs in support of operational and strategic objectives within the assigned AOR.
  • Work cross-functionally with commanders, staff, intelligence, communications, cyber, and civilian subject matter experts to ensure IO plans are relevant, realistic, and fully integrated into broader operational frameworks.
  • Continuously assess the operational environment, analyze adversary IO capabilities and intentions, and identify opportunities and vulnerabilities for the effective employment of IRCs.
  • Maintain persistent awareness of the information and electromagnetic environment, providing timely updates and recommendations to leadership.
  • Support exercise and contingency scenario development, ensuring the realistic incorporation of IO considerations.
  • Prepare detailed IO plans, concept of operations (CONOPS), briefings, after-action reviews, and lessons learned reports to inform decision-making and improve future operations.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required
  • 4+ years experience in Information Operations, military planning, or integration of multi-domain IRCs
  • 1+ years experience in at least two core IRCs (e.g., PSYOP, MILDEC, EW, cyber operations) and working knowledge of others
  • 1+ years experience joint/combined planning processes (e.g., JOPP, MDMP) and familiar with supporting military and interagency operations
  • Ability to travel 0-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Professional certification in IO, cyber, or related fields
  • Prior experience in operational or strategic information environment planning
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and hybrid/next-generation information threats
  • Instructional or exercise support experience in IO concepts and execution


The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,325 to $188,875.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
