The Work itself
· Design code and systems that touch 40% of the world population while influencing Visa’s internal standards for scalability, security, and reusability
· Collaborate cross-functionally to create design artifacts and develop best-in-class software solutions for multiple Visa technical offerings
· Actively contribute to product quality improvements, value added service technology, and new business flows in diverse agile squads
· Develop robust and scalable products intended for a myriad of customers including end-user merchants, b2b, and business to government solutions

Specific Requirements
· Maintain and troubleshoot iOS-based RE connections, primarily in jailbroken environments.
· Use and enhance internal RE toolkit and external tools (e.g., palera1n for jailbreaks, frida for bypassing security, Charles Proxy for traffic analysis).
· Reverse engineer iOS apps using interactive disassemblers (HexRays IDA, Ghidra, Hopper), injector tools (frida.re), and traffic proxies (Charles Proxy, Wireshark).
· Collaborate cross-functionally to document knowledge and improve workflows.
· Proactively detect, diagnose, and resolve disruptions in RE connections, often under time pressure and with limited documentation.
· Contribute to compliance with internal audits and security standards.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; OR Bachelor’s degree in a related field and minimum two (2) years of directly related experience; OR Minimum five (5) years of directly related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
· Knowledge of and ability to develop back-end (e.g. Python, Java, C++, PHP) code in support of package and product development. This includes the extension of capabilities of packages and products. Have worked in iOS / Mac Operating System
· The ability to develop and utilize Application Program Interfaces (APIs), a set of routines, protocols, and tools for building software applications that specify how software components should interact and are used when programming graphical user interface (GUI) components. An API may be for a web-based system, operating system, database system, computer hardware, or software library.
· Knowledge of and the ability to use database software (e.g., applications, web-based applications, information systems) to maintain, modify, and output data.
· Knowledge of systems integration process in which separately produced components or subsystems are combined and problems in their interactions are addressed.
· Knowledge of data structures, which consist of data organization, management, and storage formats that enable efficient access and modifications. This includes a collection of data values, the relationships among them, and the functions or operations that can be applied to the data.
Additional Information
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
