Job Summary: 

The Facility Training Specialist (Manufacturing Functional Development) will be responsible for enhancing the functional development and training capabilities of our employee population within our manufacturing facility based in Sudbury, Massachusetts. This role will involve identifying and implementing best practices, driving process improvements, and ensuring that functional areas are aligned with the company's strategic goals. The Facility Training Specialist will also directly impact operational efficiency and support business growth as well. This role works onsite Monday to Friday at our manufacturing facility in Sudbury, MA and will report directly to the Facility HR Supervisor. 

Responsibilities: 

•    Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process and training improvements within functional areas and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
•    Training & Development: Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of functional teams.
•    Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of functional development initiatives and provide regular reports to the Fcaility Management.
•    Project Support: Support the planning and execution of functional development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
•    Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather input, align on priorities and communicate progress and outcomes.
•    Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of functional development processes, standards and procedures.
•    Innovation & Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging best practices in functional development. Implement new tools and techniques to enhance the company's functional capabilities.

Requirements: 

•    High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Operations Management and/or in a related field preferred. 
•    3+ years of professional work experience working in a Training Specialist, Functional Development or Process Improvement role required, preferably within a CPG or manufacturing environment. 
•    Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) is required. 
•    Must have excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, organizational and stakeholder management skills (including the ability to develop and maintain strong, cross-functional stakeholder relationships) required. 
•    Must be fluent and bilingual in both English and Vietnamese languages. 
•    Willing and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision. 
•    Must be analytical and have strong project management skills, including the ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute key project and facility training deliverables. 
•    Ability to work and lead through change management and business transformations. 
•    Must be able to work a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday. 
•    Willing and able to travel up to 5% based on the needs of the team and the business. 

The approximate pay range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as geographic location.
