We are looking for an experienced Treasury M&A and Transformation Analyst to support strategies, processes, organizational transformation, and implementation of treasury management systems to our consulting services. Our delivery of services focuses on treasury and risk management strategies, M&A, treasury transformations and treasury technology solution delivery.
You will be part of a cross-functional team and will be responsible for client facing tasks and project-related deliverables, solutioning challenges with the client, and directing on-time quality delivery of work products.
This position will focus on strengthening the existing client relations through consulting services, solution design and delivery. The position provides excellent opportunities to contribute in the following:

We collaborate with CFOs, CAOs, controllers, and treasurers to develop an efficient, high-quality, data-driven, and tech-enabled controllership and treasury function. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,600 - $134,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

This position will focus on strengthening the existing client relations through consulting services, solution design and delivery. The position provides excellent opportunities to contribute in the following:
- Define, plan, and execute treasury M&A and transformation services enabled by treasury management systems that support cash and liquidity management, trade management, hedge management & accounting, and financial risk management
- Assist in delivering technology transformations services to Fortune 500 corporations including treasury IT strategy, bank connectivity strategies (e.g., SWIFT, multibank reporting), vendor selections, organizational and process improvements, and TMS implementations
- Provide treasury, risk management and technology consulting services to our clients
- Playing a role in client communication, relationship development and retention
- Ensuring products/deliverables meet contract/work plan specifications and deadlines
- Develop tools, methodologies and assets for project delivery
- Involvement in expanding our service offering and business growth through involvement in sales, proposals and development of new business strategies

Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Finance, IT Systems, Accounting, or related field required
- 6+ months of consulting or major corporation treasury or bank treasury experience with focus on technology including treasury management systems such as Kyriba, Reval, Wall Street, PeopleSoft, SAP, SunGard ("TMS")
- Experience with treasury transformations, vendor selections, TMS implementations
- Working knowledge of cash management, FX, Debt capital markets and interest rate risk management
- Experience and knowledge of system implementations lifecycles
- Ability to travel 40% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sector you serve
- Limited visa sponsorship may be available

- Strong executive presence and good communications and interpersonal skills
- General understanding of the relationship among business, protection, technology and industry issues and characteristics
- Strong presentation, consulting, project management, client, and training/mentoring skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- MBA, CPA, CTP, or CFA preferred
- Existing relationships with one or more of Kyriba, Reval, Wall Street, PeopleSoft, SAP, SunGard user community is a plus
