  • Identifying and capitalizing on emerging opportunities in AI, automation, and workflow intelligence to transform how tax professionals work.

Team Building & Development

  • Building, mentoring, and growing an inclusive team of high-performing product managers who embody customer empathy, continuous learning, and iterative delivery.

Execution & Operational Excellence

  • Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle—from concept through design, delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization—ensuring delightful customer experiences at every stage.

  • Establishing and maintaining strong customer communication practices, ensuring customers are informed and prepared for product changes that impact their workflows.

  • Partnering with support teams to build robust processes that drive quick issue resolution and continuous feedback loops into product development.

  • Contributing to Thomson Reuters' broader product management community and the company's transformation into an integrated operating company.

About You

You're a fit for this role if your background includes:

  • 8+ years of technology product management experience with primary ownership for driving product line strategy, delivery, and iteration.

  • Proven track record of building and leading best-in-class product management teams, including direct reports and cross-functional partners.

  • Demonstrated success in envisioning and delivering AI-powered or automation-driven product capabilities that create measurable customer and business impact.

  • Experience with B2B SaaS product management, preferably with enterprise, financial, tax, or accounting solutions; experience with mature revenue-generating products required.

  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to go deep on critical architecture decisions, API strategies, and integration patterns.

  • Skilled at relentlessly prioritizing based on strategy, data, and customer insights while balancing stakeholder input.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: willing to roll up sleeves, take calculated risks, move fast, and thrive in ambiguity.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire action and create excitement among stakeholders, customers, and team members.

Why This Role Is Unique
